When your package ships, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. (Please note, this email is generally sent 23 business days after placing your order; however, it may be up to a week in our busiest seasons.) If you do not see your tracking email in this time frame, please check your spam/junk folder.

You can also find your tracking number under the “Transactions” tab in your online accountSimply click on the ID number for the transaction you want to view:
